Mindful Practices (including Covid)
Teaching Mindfulness to Teens 2-hour course
You can practice skills to improve your well-being. Learn about mental health, explore your thoughts and feelings, and practice healthy mindfulness activities. Mindfulness brings attention to the current moment, and gives the moment your focus without judgement. Practices include mediation, breath awareness, kindness practice, and yoga.
While these resources may help anyone, there is no substitute for professional help. Talk to your doctor if you are concerned about your mental health. You may also contact your school counselor and wellness team for support and/or referrals to medical professionals.
